At Napoletano Pizza FZCO, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to deliver every order fresh, accurate, and on time. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • Issue a refund or store credit, based on the situation.

2. Quality Issues


If you're not satisfied with the quality of your food, please notify us within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

3. Change of Mind or Late Cancellation

Orders cannot be refunded once food preparation has started. If you cancel before preparation begins, we’ll issue a full refund.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
